This houseboat is one of the most innovative houseboats in Germany. Thanks to the large PV system, the very large lithium battery, a premium industrial electric motor from the company Kräutler from Austria, as well as the Victron Energy components, the houseboat not only makes you self-sufficient, but also provides uncompromising, lasting comfort on the water. Thanks to this unique set-up, they can not only enjoy the landscape silently, but never again have to rack their brains over "refueling" and running around with petrol canisters. Glide silently, without the stench of the engines and enjoy nature, no matter when and where you are, because you always produce new energy yourself and are therefore independent (and also always a good neighbor, because you have electricity without end ;-)).

The houseboat was planned and built by the owner, together with the premium houseboat manufacturer "Nordic Season" from Finland. The houseboats are very solid and winterproof, as they are built for other latitudes and have no problem with German weather conditions.

Description inside:

The houseboat has a large living room with kitchen and sleeping possibility for 2 people,

separate toilet with shower, washbasin and electric toilet, as well as a separate bedroom with double bed.

The spatial layout of the houseboat was implemented accordingly in such a way that in the bedroom, for example, the children can sleep, but they do not have their own exit to the outside (unlike in the bathroom, where you can shower off directly after the water activities or the like). The safety of the (small) children was clearly in the foreground here, so that they pass through the (parent's) living room.

Technical details:

The technical set-up was planned and implemented over more than a year and is the heart of the houseboat. By involving many know-how carriers (boat builders, shipyards, master electricians, solateurs, etc.), a perfect set-up could be created that leaves nothing to be desired and works for the next 20 years and is forward-looking.

PV system: approx. 3,200 watts (9 modules of 355 watts each, with a very good efficiency of the modules)

Lithium battery: approx. 60 kWh, which can permanently supply the motor with 12KW and at the same time 10KW can be drawn from all sockets, whether for cooking, heating or charging other boats or houses (16 and 32 amp connection for charging and discharging). The houseboat can provide its own water property, the huge storage tank, as well as the PV system and thus supply your own house or charge other cars as a larger balcony power plant (every 3-4 days, for example, the e-car can be charged completely free of charge).
