This Catana 47 Carbon, hull number #29 of the renowned Christophe Barreau design, masterfully combines outstanding sailing performance with structural rigidity, single-handed capability, and impressive onboard comfort. The yacht was originally ordered at the Paris Boat Show in 2012. The first and current owner customized this Catana 47 Carbon to his specifications. She was previously chartered through Dream Yacht Charter but was subsequently fully refitted and has been used exclusively for private purposes ever since. A highly requested 2013 model, the Catana 47 Carbon is renowned for her structural rigidity and offshore performance, making her an ideal choice for blue water sailing as well as competitive sailing.
Build with a high-tech fiberglass-carbon composite, her core structural components provide exceptional stiffness and durability, ensuring both safety and longevity.
The Catana 47 Carbon is under Austrian ownership. She is currently berthed in Tahiti. In July, the owner will sail her along the Pacific islands to New Caledonia, where she will be available for handover in September 2025. Prospective buyers are welcome to arrange test sailings along the journey. This Catana 47 is well-maintained and in excellent condition, ready for new adventures.
