AN ELEGANT AND INNOVATIVE DESIGN
With its new visual identity, the 40 immediately stands out. True to the image of Lagoon's "DNA", a new type is born: an individual, streamlined and accomplished design depicts its large portholes and panoramic view. This creates a refined and high-performance group, underlined by the chamfer that runs from front to rear. A new generation Lagoon, recognizable at first glance.
EXTERIOR: SPACE AND COMFORT
- A luxurious cockpit overlooking the sea: a dining table, a recreation area on the same side and accommodation at the taillight.
- An ergonomic helm station accessible from the cockpit or deck, thus allowing communication between the skipper and the crew at all times.
- Large stern crossbars with a large aft plan, allowing easy access to the support and locker, easy boarding.
INTERIOR: ELEGANCE AND BRIGHTNESS
- A selection of luxurious materials, signed by Nauta Design, enhances the fresh interior lines.
- A wide choice of housing solutions to meet the needs of owners and large families: available with three or four rooms.
- A new aft compartment, tailor-made with a "semi Island cot" quay and more storage space.
- The large windows of the body with portholes integrated into the compartment provide exceptional natural light and an exceptional view.
The special attention given to the arrangement of the volumes, the smooth flow of circulation and the brightness makes this cool interior a truly pleasant living area.
- A cockpit in the bow, tailor-made with a sunbathing area, offers additional living space.

Accessories notes

NEW GENERATION RIGGING: PERFORMANCE AND SIMPLICITY
Symbol of the new Lagoons generation, the 40 is equipped with advanced special performance: a VPLP body structure and an increased sail area provide better sail area/displacement ratio. The choice to position the mast further aft provides this catamaran with multiple advantages: A self-tacking jib for simplified maneuvers.
- A large forward triangle for a wider choice of leeward sails: a guarantee of performance.
- A shorter arm to facilitate maneuvers.
- A main wing, with a high elongation, which allows you to capture better airflow in the upper parts of the sail for optimized performance.
- The recentering of the weight, thanks to the stern positioning of the rigging, significantly reduces pitch.
